"Relaxing with a camera outdoors, creating moods, and photographing nature is what it is all about. As a small town photographer I find doing all aspects of photography a challenge whether it might be a portrait of a small child inside, a high school senior outdoors, a misty at a wedding, equipment for a brochure, or a scenic for wall decor." Pictorial wall designer portraits may be my favorite aspect of the business.

Burl Noggle along with his wife Miladean, own Lifestyle Portraits. With their daughter, Julie, they keep up a busy schedule running the portrait studio. Burl has won numerous awards and competitions over the years. Until his recent semi retirement, they owned an operated two portrait studios and a camera shop for many years. In 1998, they split the business "Brown's Studios" selling the name and North Bend Brown's, keeping and currently running the renamed Coos Bay location Lifestyle Portraits.
